What happens to the information you send.

What this covers

This page explains what happens to information you send through whitek.com.au. Work done for clients is covered separately by the agreement for that job.

What's collected

If you use the contact form, WhiTek receives what you type into it: your name, your message, and whichever of email, phone and business name you choose to give.

If you book a call, the booking page is run by Cal.com. It collects your name, email, phone number and any notes you add, and uses them to put the call in both calendars and send the confirmation and reminder.

The site also uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how it's used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are from. This is aggregate information and isn't used to identify you.

How it's used

Contact details are used to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work. They aren't added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone else.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are delivered by email to WhiTek and kept in that mailbox. If you'd like your details removed, email support@whitek.com.au and they will be.

Your business's data

When WhiTek builds something for you, it moves information between systems you already hold. It doesn't create a new copy of your customer or patient records unless that is specifically what you've asked for, and you own everything that's built. The specifics for your job are written into the scope before any work starts.
